Supernal offers complimentary shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders, which are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking number as soon as your package ships. Due to unprecedented carrier delays during COVID-19, delivery times may be extended. We greatly appreciate your support of our small business and patience during this time.
As of now, we can only ship directly to US addresses, but please sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on international shipping availability.
Returns
While we hope you love your Cosmic Glow Oil, due to the nature of our small batch, hand-blended botanics, we do not offer returns at this time. Please review the ingredients list carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities or email hello@supernal.co prior to purchase. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
In the event your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please email hello@supernal.co with your order number and description of the damage upon receipt of your package.
